Come On To My House

Inspiration comes in many forms and for Jessie Stokes, it came from her house. After moving into a tiny yellow bungalow, she had little room to fill it with lots of stuff. So… She began living more sustainably and sharing her experiments with her family and friends thru a blog appropriately named, Tiny Yellow Bungalow.

What she didn’t realize was just how many people wanted to live a sustainable lifestyle like her.

She started her sustainability journey in 2015 and today her Tiny Yellow Bungalow site is more than a one-stop shop…

It has become a thriving eco community where Jessie shares her passion for all things zero waste, plant based and eco-friendly.

There are few people who share my obsession with protecting the planet and Jessie is one of them…

I had the pleasure of speaking with her on our MAJAMAS EARTH CARE WHAT YOU WEAR & SO MUCH MORE Podcast about how she started her site, her disdain of plastic and the challenges that come from running her own business while raising her toddler son.

Take a listen, learn how to take baby steps to living more sustainably and visit her virtual shop.

  1. Great insight. I’ve been more conscious about purchasing more eco-friendly, organic, or sustainable products over the last 6months, but my trash & recycle bins are still overfilled with packaging materials for these items. I’m bookmarking Tiny Yellow Bungalow! And buying local vs. delivery will probably help me too I know
